Our customers enjoy the option of using any of the following types of tags for newborns and older patients:
- a tag that attaches to the umbilical cord of a new born baby
- the patented dual tamper detecting TotTag that is typically attached to a baby’s calf
- a tamper detecting cut-band tag that can be attached to the baby’s ankle or arm.
Clinical workflow practices and preferences will dictate which tag is best suited to the application. Often two types of tags may be needed for newborn and older babies.
