Tag Reader Controller
The Tag Reader Controller uses RFID technology to detect tags and features an I/O module to integrate with doors or other third-party devices. The TRC works with the AllGuard software to provide you with intelligent location tracking and active alarm response.
Tag Reader 2
The Tag Reader 2 detects tags and features two built-in antennas that can be replaced by external antennas to meet your installation needs. The wireless model can be configured to create a star topology network with other Tag Reader 2 devices in your system. The TR2 works with the AllGuard software to provide you with intelligent location tracking
Tag Reader Receiver
The Tag Reader Receiver uses RFID technology to detect tags in your system. The TRR works with the AllGuard software to provide you with intelligent location tracking.
Tag Exciter
The Tag Exciter creates a low frequency field that informs the AllGuard software whenever an active tag enters the field. The AllGuard software uses this information to provide accurate location tracking and activate configured alarms.
Proximity Tag Exciter
The Proximity Tag Exciter creates a short range low frequency field that causes an activate tag to inform the AllGuard software when it enters the field. The AllGuard software uses this information to authenticate tag holders, control door access or generate alarms.
Industrial Tag Exciter
The Industrial Tag Exciter includes a built-in power supply and uses a NEMA 4 rated enclosure for outdoor use – with optional EX rated enclosure for hazardous environments. Inside is a Tag Exciter that creates a low frequency field that causes an active tag to inform the AllGuard software when it enters the field

The Industrial Tag Reader uses a NEMA 4 rated enclosure for outdoor use, accepts AC power and includes power surge protection. Inside is a Tag Reader Controller that detects tags, controls doors, and works with the AllGuard software to provide you with intelligent location tracking and active alarm response.
