Former Director of the Mother-Baby Unit at Athens Regional Medical Center to add clinical depth to GuardRFID and represent customer interests to enhance user experience
Vancouver, BC, Monday, January 5, 2015 – Guard RFID Solutions Inc. announced today that Mendy Meyer, former Director of the Mother Baby Unit at Athens Regional Medical Center (ARMC), has joined the company in the capacity of Clinical Specialist and Customer Advocate. Having been a user of GuardRFID’s TotGuard Infant Security system for over six years, Mendy is intimately familiar with its capabilities, and with how the system contributes as a critical component of a hospital’s patient security and safety program. She also brings significant experience relating to the daily operations and challenges of birthing units, as well as policies and procedures that are necessary to effectively utilize such systems. Mendy received her BSN in Nursing as well as an MBA from Brenau University in Georgia, and practiced nursing at ARMC for 16 years prior to joining GuardRFID.
